• Plants are shipped within AUSTRALIA ONLY.
• Sorry, we DO NOT send plants or seeds to Western Australia.
• You must be 18 years or older to order from Herbalistics.
• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: there are quarantine and customs restrictions on shipping some products out of Australia; please see items for any restrictions or feel free to email us about specific items you are interested in. If you wish to pay by PayPal, please place an order and then contact us for details. Once again, we do not post plants outside of Australia.
• Customers paying by bank transfer: Please include your ORDER NUMBER and SURNAME on the transfer details. Failure to do so will mean delays in shipping until we can establish which payment we have received. Your order number will be on the confirmation email you receive from us after you have placed your order and will also have our bank details, the products you have ordered and shipping address. Therefore, please make sure your email address is correct so you receive this email and also order updates (we notify you once we have received your payment and again on the day your order is posted).
• Please choose the correct postage for your desired number of plants, herbs and seeds from the postage section in Checkout. Failure to correctly add the right postage for your order may mean delays in shipping. There is room within Express Post satchels (plants) for a small number of herb, extract and seed packets. For example, if you wish to order one plant, 3 herb packets and 5 seed packets, please select the (1-4 plants) Express Post method.
• All plants are shipped by Express Post and are mailed out Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday each week. Cacti and succulents may be sent at any time by normal or express post and at our discretion (they can survive a long time in the mailing system and a stay in the Post Office over a weekend will not harm them).
• Plants are sent bare rooted, packed in moss and wet newspaper. Please make sure you have potting mix and pots ready for the arrival of your plants. You will receive a plant care sheet with your order.
• Please be patient. We ship your order once we have received payment and you should receive it in 1-2 weeks of your payment confirmation. If you have a genuine complaint about our service and/or product quality, please email us with your order details and the nature of the complaint.
• We send out healthy plants with well established root systems, however, they are not huge! If you want to purchase large plants it will be best if you visit your local nursery. Keeping plant size smaller also reduces your postage costs.
• Product photos are for display purposes only (for plants, this is generally to show the mature flowering form) and do not necessarily reflect the actual product you will receive.
