Apium insulare - Island Celery (seed) $3.95

Availability: Available

Island Celery is native to islands in the Bass Straight and also to Lord Howe Island. A member of the Apiaceae family. Island Celery has a strong parsley/celery flavour, not much is needed to strongly flavour a dish.

Care and Cultivation Sow seeds just under the surface of a well drained and rich potting mix, the seeds just want to be weighted down so they don't float off when watered. Keep moist and in part shade until germination in 1-4 weeks. Pot up individually when crowding begins.

15 seeds per packet.
